District Climate Change Action Group

January 2021, RI announced a new, seventh area of focus: Protecting the Environment" - which calls on Rotarians to "spur innovation in an effort to address the causes and reduce the effect of climate change and environmental degradation". In response, a group of like-minded Rotarians came together to form the (CCAG). This group meets monthly to review and plan initiatives that: 1) Reduce the production of carbon dioxide 2) Capture existing carbon 3) Teach ways to reduce the carbon footprint of themselves and their companies.
