What is YOUR Legacy?

Ridge Meadows Youth Impact Summit (RMYIS) is a weekend filled with inspiration, passion, and new friendship. It is an opportunity for approximately 45-50 students in grades 10-12 residing in the cities of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows to experience something that very few can. The summit is open to all applicants, from those with the basic fundamentals of leadership but also those who decide that they want to make a positive difference in their community/world. Participants will engage in a variety of leadership activities, hear from professional speakers, and be given the chance to network with other participants and leaders in their communities.

The summit is featured at the majestic Loon Lake Lodge & Retreat Centre in Maple Ridge BC, running from for a weekend in September 2017.  The Youth Impact Summit is funded by the Founders Cup Foundation and founded by volunteers of the Rotary Club of Haney and students who have been impacted by Rotary Youth programs. They cover the cost of food, accommodation and the registration cost for the summit. The summit is an amazing no cost opportunity for participants that only a small group of Maple ridge and Pitt Meadows students will get to attend.

We are seeking applicants for an exciting event put on by Rotary Club of Haney and sponsored by the Founders Cup Charity Foundation.
If you are in Grade 10, 11 or 12 and attending a Highschool or Homeschooled through SD42 in Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge, we ask you to apply! We only have 70 spots available and adventures planned all weekend! This is at no cost to the student and a sponsored opportunity.

On Wednesday Oct 28th, 2011, the two local Maple Ridge, BC Rotary clubs hosted a wine & cheese event at the ACT Arts Centre & Theatre to honour the local groups and asssociations that received donations from the clubs fundraising efforts.
